Fashion on Fire Edmonton Firefighters will host the 3rd annual Fashion On Fire charity fundraiser on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at the Shaw Conference Centre - Hall D in beautiful downtown Edmonton, Alberta.

Fashion On Fire 2011 will feature some of Edmonton’s TOP designers and retailers (featuring: Kingsway Mall, Western Canada Fashion Week, Derks, & My Filosophy)

JUNO award winner Q-Benjamin will perform some of her hit songs, as will talented singer/song writer Kira Hladun.

To compliment the evening, some of Edmontons' Bravest Firefighters will also take to the stage to perform their group dance routines as choreographed by some of MacEwans' dance instructors.

The evening will include a silent auction, live auction, dinner, musical talent, fashion shows, choreographed dance performances, and much more.
Moncrief Award given to the Firefighter Burn Treatment Society

ABA The Edmonton chapter of the Firefighters Burn Treatment Society has been selected to receive the Moncrief Award at the 42nd Annual Meeting of the American Burn Association. This award is given to honor fire services for outstanding contribution in the area of burn prevention and burn care. In addition to the award the Firefighters Burn Treatment Society will receive an engraved plaque and an honorarium of $2000.00.
